The dewi21 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. dewi21 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
Age Restriction: If dewi21 determines at any point that a Player is, or was at the time of registration, under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be voided and withheld.
dewi21 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Each player may hold only one registered Account on the dewi21 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. dewi21 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the Player.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
dewi21 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its regulatory obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point. dewi21 will not process withdrawals for Accounts that have not completed the applicable KYC verification to the Platform's satisfaction.
Note: KYC verification is a standard requirement across all legitimate licensed gaming platforms. It protects both the Platform and its Players from fraud and identity theft.
You may request closure of your dewi21 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on the processing times of the originating bank. dewi21 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. dewi21 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by dewi21 in accordance with our standard withdrawal schedule. dewi21 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.

Bonus Funds carry Wagering Requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money. dewi21 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period stated in the specific bonus terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account. dewi21 is not obligated to notify you of an impending bonus expiry, though we may do so as a courtesy.

dewi21 offers betting markets on PSL matches, international cricket, and other sporting events. Markets open and close at times determined by dewi21. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during a match at dewi21's discretion.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated settlement period, obvious pricing errors, or confirmed match integrity issues reported by the relevant sporting authority. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Account as real-money balance at the original stake amount.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. In cases of dispute regarding a result, dewi21 will await the official ruling before settling the affected markets.

dewi21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
dewi21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dewi21 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
